Feasibility & Cost Report

Feasibility & Cost Report: €400 + VAT = €492

The purpose of the report is to set out the scope of what you want to achieve and find out what it is likely to cost. This is a short and relatively inexpensive exercise that puts the project on the right financial track from the beginning. This service is provided collaboratively with Quantity Surveyor Andrew Scanlon.

Included in the Feasibility Study:

·         Architect’s consultation to help tease out your requirements

·         A look at sample projects

·         Brief Development – essentially a list of spacial and functional requirements

·         Materials & fittings discussion - windows & doors, kitchen, bathroom,

·         Energy & Heating system - discussion

·         Planning Permission guidance

·         Quantity Surveyor’s desktop analysis

·         Bill of Quantities

Typically the Bill of Quantities is an eight page document setting out the project costs line by line. It will take a comprehensive look at costs allowing you to assess the affordability of the project at this early stage. You will be able to use the Bill of Quantities to help get a mortgage if one is required.

Travel surcharges may apply depending on location.
